We are proud of a great “by-product” We use the trimmings and strained chili pieces for our chili jam (production of Sauce No. 2)
This is how the Habanero chili is 100% processed. A great sweet chili dip sauce with a lot of freshness thanks to the fermentation of the chilies for the No. 2 sauce.
