The use of dried tomatoes gives this chimichurri its special “umami” taste and is therefore particularly exciting.
We recommend the Chimichurri Bärengasse for roast beef, steaks, fillet, fondue chinoise, BBQ, fish and seafood.
Ingredients: parsley, oregano, chili, garlic, sunflower oil CH, dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt
Shelf life: approx. 1 year, store in a cool place after opening.
